Developing your leadership as a manager
Context and rationale
Leadership is built on three areas: the individual, the situation and the group concerned. A person exercising power at a meeting of employees may not have the same appeal in front of an audience of executives.
Moreover, a leader is not necessarily a manager and vice versa, even if leadership and management remain complementary.
This course will therefore enable you to acquire the tools and techniques needed to improve and assert your own leadership style, to master tools for assessing any situation, and to adopt leadership practices that motivate your teams and encourage them to surpass themselves.
