Business strategy: developing a policy
Context and rationale
The director determines the company's policy by taking into account both the development of the strategy and its implementation. He or she must be concerned with any form of influence that may weigh on the company. Policy concerns the choice of the company's general direction, its mission (what is our purpose?) and its goals (what do we want to become?).
This course will therefore enable you to acquire the methods, tools and techniques needed to develop a general policy for your company and to lead a strategic approach in terms of structures, methods and behaviours.
